Weston’s Story
A few weeks ago me and a few of my oldest girlfriends got together to celebrate our high school reunion! Of course, we had a great time and it always amazes me how time just seems to standstill and we are all 17 again. One of my girlfriends, Chris, even came out from Florida to attend the reunion.
The last time Chris was in California was about five years ago. At that time me, Chris, and another girlfriend got together at my house for dinner. Weston was home with me at the time and none of us will ever forgot how besotted he was with Chris. This was before any of the books from Dr. Meg were published, though I did know her at the time. It would be more than a year before I would meet Meg Lupin. I was still questioning my own sanity with regards to Weston and what people had been telling me about him. Most of the time it was easier to believe the traditional therapists and doctors who said Weston would grow up to be a drain on society, though I still had moments of incredible faith that what others were telling me (including Dr. Meg) was true about Weston that he was very gifted and his life would affect many people in a positive way. I struggled with my faith daily back then and trying to understand why Weston acted the way he did was a constant challenge. I had to make a conscious effort not to give up hope and to keep on my path not only for Weston’s sake but for my sake and the rest of the family.
When Weston was so obviously smitten with Chris I rejoiced in his behavior as another “sign” of things to come. What sign, I had no idea, but it was just another example of things I did not understand about Weston but was potentially something very positive. All night long Weston just stared at Chris with this most angelic smile. I think he even tried to kiss her hand a couple of times. It was so out of the ordinary and at that time I had only witnessed something like it a few times with my sister, Carmen, JoQueta, and Jim, the Huna Healer. His reaction to all of these people kind of made sense as he had been in their company a number of times, but he had really just met Chris. My other friend who was in attendance also remembered how strongly Weston reacted to Chris. For about five hours he sat in my living room with me and my friends just so that he could be near Chris.
So, five years later when Chris came to visit I still recalled vividly Weston’s reaction. Not surprisingly, Chris also remembered that meeting with Weston. Now, however, things had changed significantly. Of course, now there were people who could “voice” for Weston. I asked him if he had a message for Chris, and no surprise he hit the “yes” on the communication board very forcefully!
I have known Chris since I was 15 years old. I was confident that even though she may not understand anything that Weston does, she trusts me. You must understand that Chris is very far removed from this type of thinking. She has made her career in the banking industry. I knew it would not take much convincing to get her to agree to a session with Weston. Of course, she was thrilled to have a session with Weston but did confess that she was a little nervous as she might not be able to “live up to his expectations.” Of course, this got a huge laugh from me and I reminded her that he runs around with no shoes on and eats pizza in the bath tub!
When I told Don that night that Chris was going to have a session with Weston the next day, he said, “Chris believes in Weston?” Hah, again, I had to laugh! Don still has difficulty accepting all that is told to him about Weston (so do I sometimes but I guess I can hide it better!).
After dragging Chris to my favorite Zumba class she met Meg Lupin at her house for her session with Weston. When Weston and I got to Meg’s house she already had started Chris’ session as Weston had a lot to say, after all, he had been waiting five years for this opportunity. I could tell the session was going to be intense so I decided to wait outside the room until Weston was done. He immediately went into the treatment room and Meg said that Weston actually sat at the foot of Chris’ head and laid his hands on her head. He assisted in this way for quite a while. I have never known him to participate so fully in a session with another person. Chris commented that she definitely could feel heat emitting from Weston’s hands. When the session was finally over I could tell that Chris was overcome with emotions.
When we met up later that evening with other friends Chris was still trying to process all that had happened. According to her, Weston was incredibly helpful and knew so many things about her that she felt was not possible. This was really the first time that someone shared in detail their experience with me after having a session with Weston. It was very special, and thank you so much Chris for sharing and giving me a chance to understand my son a little more.

The time is now! Stop putting off all of the "real" priorities in your life.
Make that important phone call to tell someone that you love them. It is long
overdue. Take that class that will help you to get closer to your goal of helping others. Make sure you have cleared any bad feelings you have with your family members. You were brought together in this lifetime to help each other attain your spiritual goals. Volunteer for that organization that you have always wanted to help.
Forgiveness is paramount. It is holding you back from the true love of self that you deserve. When you are clear, you can be a true channel of information and an instrument in many people's life. Forgive yourself and forgive others. The benefits are too endless to list here!
We are all one and the evidence for this will help you to forgive. We are each
other's keepers. Love and move forward into the space you deserve.
